Cathy recognizes the value of a multifaceted treatment approaches which combines scientific evidence, manual therapy, neuromuscular recruitment techniques, therapeutic exercises, and experience to optimize successful treatment outcomes. Cathy is very familiar with treating a wide variety of ailments such as geriatrics, neurologic, orthopedic, and post-surgical cases. She is a lifelong learner. She is passionate about educating patients about their bodies, individualizing patient’s wellness, and treatment approaches to promote patients’ awareness with optimizing their quality of movement and physical mobility resulting with improved function.
